Growing up between India and the United States gave me a firsthand understanding of how geography can shape opportunity. I also owe much of who I am to the resilience, strength, and sacrifices of the women who raised me and instilled in me the values I hold today. I am continuously reminded of my immense privilege and am driven to use my skills to help expand access to opportunity in underserved communities. This motivation has led me to pursue a career in development finance and to founding Kinare.

Kinare is rooted in a simple hope that more women have the agency to build the future they envision for themselves.

Being surrounded by strong women throughout my life has shown me both the power of opportunity and the challenges that many women still face in accessing it. I believe every woman deserves the freedom, confidence, and resources to shape her own future. This belief is what drew me to Kinare and its mission of creating opportunities for women to grow and thrive. As a design student, I am passionate about using creativity as a force for positive change by helping shape the organization's identity through visual storytelling, branding, and digital experiences.

Public Health & Women's Wellness Coordinator

My commitment to women's health began with the women around me, whose resilience taught me that health is deeply tied to dignity and independence. My background in psychology has helped me recognize the unseen forces that shape agency, including economic stress, social support, stigma, and the confidence to seek care. Through my role in women's health with Kinare, I hope to help create spaces where women feel empowered in their health, livelihoods, and futures.

Digital Literacy and Youth Outreach Coordinator

As a high school student, I have been exploring how to use my digital skills for social good. I help women entrepreneurs showcase and market their products online, while also equipping them with the confidence to navigate the digital world independently. I am also interested in engaging more young people in using their skills to uplift their communities.
